PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PARTNER PROGRAM

Kerauno Professional Services Partners are comprised of IT and technology consulting firms that help customers design, architect, build, migrate and manage their client’s business workflows, integrations and collaboration on Kerauno. The program is designed to provide additional opportunities for partners who already sell and deliver their own consulting services.

PROGRAM
REQUIREMENTS


To be accredited as a Kerauno Professional Service Partner, an organization must meet some minimum requirements including:

  • Technology Professional Services Lines of Business: The partner must have clearly defined and marketed service offerings.
  • Communications Practice: The partner’s professional services line of business must include workflow, collaboration, unified communications, telephony, or software integration solutions.
  • Previous Deployment Experience: The partner must be able to provide evidence of previous communications deployment engagements successfully completed in the last year. If the customer is new to providing Kerauno specific services, then evidence of successfully delivered engagements on similar technologies will be acceptable.
  • Service Delivery Capability: The partner must have a defined number of dedicated communications solution consultants.
